You gave me the courage to step out of my comfort zone and really a good spiritual kick in the behind! I'm so glad I took the time to listen. I am a Peer Support Specialist volunteer for women in transitional recovery,(drugs, alchohol, coming out of jails and prisons.The only best way I know to truly help these women and myself as a person is to heal the spirit. PEER meaning that I have been down the same road in a VERY large way. Being able to share your story with others will be a great benifit for us all. My daughter is trying very hard to find a recovery center to fit her needs, and her children are in foster care for the past year now,soon to be placed permantly on Nov.6th,08. Would you and your ministry be so kind as to help me pray for Angela to have just a little more time to pull her life back together? God is working in our lives daily,but I know the power of prayer is strong and we need all the help we can get. The 'good ole boy' attitude is alive and well in the part of country where she and the kids are, and they are so anxious to place the children before she has had the time to really pull herself up. I also have a client who just lost her newborn to the system and she could use your prayers too.Professional ethics prevent me from giving you details of her case, Just refer to her as Sue's friend.
